Fine print, in plain language
What counts as a seat?
One active user. Your own login is an office seat; each tech login is a tech seat. Deactivate a user in Settings and the seat comes off your next bill automatically.
Can I add or remove people mid-month?
Yes. Seat changes are prorated by Stripe on your next invoice — add a tech for the busy season, deactivate them after, and you only pay for the time they had access.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 14 days you add a payment method to keep going. If you don't, access pauses but your data stays put — subscribe later and pick up where you left off.
Is tax included?
Prices are in Canadian dollars; GST/HST is added at checkout based on your billing address.
